Kundalini Yoga has been transmitted from teacher to student for thousands of years in a lineage known as “The Golden Chain.” Traditionally students must “earn” the teachings, there must be some kind of energy exchange between the student and the teacher. This is in accordance with the Sanskrit saying that translates “if you come empty handed, you leave empty handed.” In our society money has become the most common medium of exchange. I am open to bartering as an alternative . Fees for private and small group instruction are negotiable. Generally there is a $100 minimum charge for an hour and a half class.
